Effective September 3, 2026. These terms describe the current Aerynx website and its Amazon-only purchase flow.

The website

Aerynx provides product information, guides, journal articles, and links to support. Product descriptions, prices, availability, delivery estimates, and other purchase details can change as the Amazon listing changes.

Purchases through Amazon

Selecting a purchase link takes you to Amazon. Aerynx does not directly take payment, create an order, arrange delivery, or operate the Amazon order page. Your purchase, delivery, returns, replacements, and any applicable Amazon customer terms are handled by Amazon and the terms shown for that order.

Support

For questions about Aerynx products or the website, contact support@aerynxlab.com or use the Crisp chat when it is available. We do not provide an on-site customer account, newsletter, repair submission form, return submission form, or first-party checkout.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape at an unreasonable rate, bypass access controls, or interfere with other visitors. Site content may not be copied or reused in a way that infringes applicable rights.
